ТIPS – Theory of Inventive Problem Solving

Training Target: Training is focused on development of creative imagination, the development of skills to find new ideas, to solving of real problems. The approach is based on the theory of inventive problem solving (TIPS) and original techniques that have proven the effectiveness in practice. Study of creative thinking - laws of development of technical systems, learning effective methods of Inventive Problem Solving.

Training Audience: For company directors, entrepreneurs, engineers and technicians, managers of all levels, crisis managers, experts in non-standard situations, specialists in PR, advertising and marketing.

TRAINING PROGRAM

First day ( 10.00-18.00)

  • Positioning of the seminar, objectives and program of the seminar.
  • General description of the theory of inventive problem solving (TIPS). Main ideas, History, the evolution of the method, the current state.
  • Psychology of thinking.
  • Methods of activization of creative thinking.
  • The theory of inventive problem solving - TIPS (the history of creation and development).

Second day ( 10.00-18.00)

6. Securing the skills of working with TIPS tools. The solution of educational problems from different areas: technical problems, administrative and social issues, advertising and PR.
7. Basic concepts of TIPS (ideal final result, resources conflicts).
8. Laws of Technical Systems Development.
9. Basic methods of solving technical contradictions (40 methods).

Third day ( 10.00-18.00)

10. Exercises on CID - the development of creative imagination.
Identification and formulation of heuristic techniques based on best samples.
11. Substance-field analysis, when searching for resources.
12. Integration of TIPS in professional activities.

Practical team work
