Development and implementation of Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001)

Training Target: Training on interpretation of the standards requirements. Demonstration of practices and methods of implementation of the standards requirements. Search of integration models and best practices for implementation of the standards requirements for the participating organizations.

Training Audience: Personnel, responsible for the implementation and development of the IMS, employees, involved in quality management, environmental & safety issues, industrial H&S service employees; middle managers, responsible for HSE issues.

TRAINING PROGRAM

Training duration: 3 days

First day (10.00-17.00)

  • Principles, approaches and model of the Integrated Management Systems (IMS) to meet the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.
  • Introduction to IMS:

    • The principles and approaches to integration ;
    • Process model of IMS;
    • Structure of IMS requirements.
  • General requirements for integration. IMS Policy:

    • Overview of general requirements to the organization's policies and their particularization based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.
    Practical exercise № 1. «Policies Analysis»
  • Planning of IMS: Identification and evaluation of aspects, impacts and risks. Identification of legal and other applicable requirements. Targets. Planning of risks management and emergency response. Organizational structure, functions, duties and responsibilities:

    • Review of general requirements for planning and their particularization based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.
    Practical exercise № 2. «Risks assessment and aspects»

Second day (10.00-17.00)

5. Implementation and operation: management activities. Resource management. Documentation requirements. Information exchange:

  • Overview of general requirements for the implementation and their particularization based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.
6. Evaluation of performance indicators: Monitoring and measurement. Conformity assessment. Internal audit. Control of non-conformities:

  • Overview of general requirements for evaluation of performance indicators and their particularization based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.

7. Improvement of IMS: Corrective and preventive actions, improvement measures:

  • Overview of general requirements for corrective and preventive actions, improvement measures and their particularization based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.
8. Management review of IMS:

  • Overview of general requirements for management review and their particularization based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.

Final Exam

“Development and implementation of Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001)” training course is carried out in a discussion with the participants with the usage of practical exercises.
