6.	Evaluation of performance indicators: Monitoring and measurement. Conformity assessment. Internal audit. Control of non-conformities: Overview of general requirements for evaluation of performance indicators and their particularization based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001. Practical exercise № 3. «Identification of non-conformities»

Third day (10.00-17.00)

7.	Improvement of IMS: Corrective and preventive actions, improvement measures: Overview of general requirements for corrective and preventive actions, improvement measures and their particularization based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.
8.	Management review of IMS: Overview of general requirements for management review and their particularization based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.

Final Exam

“Development and implementation of Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001)” training course is carried out in a discussion with the participants with the usage of practical exercises.
