First day ( 10.00-18.00)

• Introduction to quality management and quality management principles.
• Documents of API and ISO technical committees .
• Process approach, continuous improvement.
• API product specification. API monogram.
• Requirements of ISO 9001:2008.
• Requirements of API Spec Q1/ISO/TS 29001:2010.

Second day ( 10.00-18.00)

7.	Features of outsourced processes (subcontracting) in implementation of QMS according to the requirements of API Spec Q1/ISO /TS 29001:2010 .
8.	QMS documentation, development, analysis of adequacy to standard requirements.
9.	Control of non-conformities, corrections, analysis of non-conformities root causes. Practical Exercise № 1. «Determination of non-conformities»
10.	Preparation for the certification. Filing applications for the submission to API.

Final Test
