Project Management

Training Target: Purpose of training: acknowledgement with basics methods of planning and operational management of projects, as well, as development and improvement of project management skills. Generate and consolidate skills to develop, manage projects and resources by means of Microsoft Project 2007/2010/2013 in the offline mode of work.

Training Audience: training is focused on project managers, team leaders and other personnel, responsible for project management, who are involved or responsible for scheduling, project cost planning, coordination, control, budgeting, managing project team.
